The Game Kitchen
We love food and we always try to make the most of the animals that we harvest. This has pushed us to try new ideas with the meat we bring home. We hope that these recipes will inspire you to try something new with your game meat.
We use venison and kangaroo meat in most of our recipes, but you can substitute either for most wild game or store bought red meat. As with anything in hunting, the key is proper preparation. Please be clean, sensible and use common sense when preparing wild game!
Let us know if you try any of our ideas by using #IAmGameHunter on Instagram or by tagging HuntShack on Facebook. Feel free to get in contact with us at team@huntshack.net if you have any questions or suggestions.
